If you sell that much volume, you really have to sell it at a discount.

It may be that the KT Investment Group did not want to be involved with other major parties coming in (say Chinese or Korean Groups, or the Banks)- with the negotiations being done from inside. There must be a very good reason why KT's holdings were disposed at 44 cents, in one go.

Did any major Banks or Investment companies buy a big chunk? Can anyone try to find out?

This is a major thing to happen in one go guys.
