    Good find Wingman
    "Through equity investments into companies and the arrangement of project finance".
    This seems to be pointing at hanlong being a finance solution on top of the purchase of the shares. If they offer project finance I don't think they are going to let a company they own 16% not find a finance partner!!!!!!! Very interesting.
