I must be a tech illiterate because cannot see the poll on the link in Rod's post. Can you please give a more detailed instruction on how to find it. It's obvious that the poll is useless, but he might as well know! His threat of legal action is nothing more than a threat. I was told by PL that once processed through all courts a challenge to prospecting rights cannot be reintroduced in a lower court. As mentioned it is BS's tactic to get better leverage in negotiations on the "N" farm. The outcome of this will determine his only remuneration for the case. Once this is done we will probably never hear from him again! Now that there is legal certainty that Tubatse has become an attractive follow-up to Garatau, it will certainly make a JV much more attractive to Xstrata. With Xstrata's recent investment in the chrome operations down the road they will now (IMO) be more proactive in making a deal.
