A legal battle was in my mind at one time. Its taken way too long oct 2009 to now and not a single market update re why its taken so long to finalise only just speculation from us long term holders. A legal battle is not something we want, especially when we dont know much details re this deal, why no information was release to market? Also beach is 10x larger than ICN much more aggressive! have to wait till monday to see the effect on the share price ive already been nervous re. the gsa why less than 2weeks till deadline hope monday wont bring on panic!
