I am no expert on oil and gas. In fact, I have trouble spelling the words, let alone giving them technical meaning but perhaps you and others on this forum should consider the following from EGO's recent discovery:
The 'D' sands have a total depth of 18 metres - you can check their announcements (of which there were many, so a bit different to the NWE approach)
The 'D' sands alone contain enough gas and condensate to put into production for an expected 10 year lifespan, before they even have to tap into the much larger (3 times larger) 'B' sand discovery.
I realise that NWE is looking for oil but that does not seem to have been a total waste of time?? I think investors should wait until the results are fully analysed before jumping ship, or even jumping to conclusions.
If there is anyone out there that understands oil and gas discoveries and the analysis process, (that is definitely not me), please feel free to comment. This NWE forum is a bit on the 'quiet' side, so any comment will also liven things up ahead of next week. All comments are my personal opinion.
