Icon either have signed an agreement giving away a portion of ATP855 or they have not. Can't really see how this could turn into a long drawn out battle...where are the legal complexities/nuances?
In the mean time, with BPT soon to release their shale results to market, this 'drama' only serves to pull icon further into the spotlight...not a bad thing in my opinion.
As a Beach holder too...I take heart that they are playing hard ball as it suggests they are really excited about their shale drills and are trying to bed down as much acreage as possible.
