Rayray...I don't think March 31st is a deadline, not one that I can see anyway. If you re-read the last announcement RE: GSA progress, nowhere does it say 31st March. The way I read it this is when they expect to make their final application, with a review and approval process to follow which could be months. We will know in a few weeks, but if punters are thinking this is the date many will be disappointed imo GL
