It is quite possible that ATL1102 is not a potential cause of PML. However, the point I made in my earlier posts is that ANP now have an obligation to prove this. And proving that there is no link between ATL1102 and PML may prove to be a costly and time consuming business.

Obviously, if ATL1102 is proven to be unambiguously safe re PML and effective re MS, then ANP have a blockbuster on their hands. But neither the saftey re PML (despite the succuss of phase 1) nor the efficancy of ATL1102 has been clinically proven, so this is a very big 'if'.
