Does anyone know when the license will be issued? 1 month? 6 months?

The reason I ask is the lack of a drilling license for this one was the key reason why I went with HDG over MOZ for a cheap coal exploration play. HDG have drill hole data and an inferred resource, MOZ just have estimates at the present time. HDG has half the market cap of MOZ. Food for thought. I realise I'm borderline cross promoting here, but feel free to go on the HDG board and compare that stock with MOZ if you wish. Anyones opinions over there will be warmly welcomed by me.
