How does this work then?
It looks like Forge is owned 20 percent by Wilkes Holdings Pty Ltd.
Mr Curtis is the controlling shareholder of Wilkes Holdings Pty Ltd.
So does this mean that as the principal director in Lynas, and as the controlling shareholder in Wilkes Holdings, that Mr Curtis is effectively proposing to sell the Lynas Crown resource (what Lynas promoted in the 2007 presentation as potentially having a $50 billion metal content), to himself and Forge shareholders (ie. Forge/Wilkes Holdings) for $20 million, a 250,000 percent discount/gain (someone please check my calculations, because I must have my figures wrong, it just sounds too absurd).
Surely ASIC would look at these things?
Or am I completely misunderstanding the situation?
I am a former LYC shareholder who continues to follow the company with interest, and this is certainly interesting.
There are a lot of people here, who are far more knowledgable than me, so please correct my misunderstandings, and thanks for the posts.
