"The time line for completion of the current commercial negotiations remains as previously announced ie. end of March 2011. I returned last weekend from the latest round of negotiations and these are proceeding very well but there is nothing further to announce at this time."

"The end of March remains our target for a deal. We have agreement with all prospective partners on most substantive terms already.
A commercial partner deal is not dependent on completion of the EU multicentre trial - they all know that VitroGro works."

From the above, it is VERY VERY LIKELY that the deal will be announced on or before 31/03/11. Dr Mercer was so confident with the date.

If you have money now, it's your last chance to buy TIS at share price in 60s. After the deal is announced, the price will be DOLLARS, not cents any more.

My prediction is Monday 28/03 and all the dreams of TIS investors will come true :):):)
