re: Ann: BPT: Beach in dispute with Icon rega... Excellent response from RJ. Keep in mind BPT made the first request in Octobe 2009!!! It has been 17 months since they have followed it up??? Would results from 218, which have for some reason still not been fully released, have something to do with BPT's renewed interest in APT855???
Looks like market now seeing that APT 855 has something certainly enough for BPT to fight over it.
