Other than the Talbot group there really aren't any major holders. The biggest shareholders by size after the Talbot group down to #7 hold between 2 and 4% of the company.
I don't believe the size of these holdings really constitute the type of selling down possibilities that you allude to. My opinion is that these holders may trade the stock around a bit - who knows - but really SDL's shareprice has performed well over the last 12 months in sometimes trying conditions.
All in all no shareprice ever goes up without periodic retracements, that's basically investments 101.
