Guys, I bought into this coy just after it listed which from memory was about 7 years ago. The catalyst for getting in was they had signed 'a major sales contract in china'. Nothing came of it. No announcement retracting just silence. Since then many many prospects, the sales pipeline is bulging but sales never eventuate. Same O same O. Got sick of it and bailed out completely about 18 months ago.
I don't know what the problem is but if you got a man and his van and loaded it with phoslock and sent him around the country to make sales you would be more successful than this lot.
I always felt they needed to get a CEO with relevant commercial expertise. This coy has had 2 CEO'S. The first guy was an ex tax partner with a major acctg firm while the incumbent is an ex investment banker. Neither of them has been able to come up with the correct strategy to commercialise this product. Friedman I'm afraid is in the same boat. A great fund manager but no expertise in commercialising new product.
I sometimes wander whether their strategy is to privatise this coy by stealth because I find it difficult to comprehend that a management team can be this incompetent.
