Well, there you go - all resolutions passed.
They now have the equivalent of 25% of the company to give away in whatever manner they want. Plus another 60 million options to themselves. By the way, at the time of the announcement of the GM, these options would have cost almost half a mill to buy on market.
If anyone thinks there was ever a chance that the needs of the regular shareholders were ever to be given credence by these Directors, then it just went out the window.
