Perhaps today's 12.5% rise on low volume is an indicator that OVR is getting set today for an upwards push tomorrow - particularly as sellers are evaporating and we are still short of the recent placement level of 25 cents.
Maybe there is some chance that the possible increase on 22 March may yet play out as originally forecast on the earlier chart (see the post to which this one refers).
Fingers crossed! Not long now to find out.
