Go to slide 5 out of the 9. As part of the appendix 3B this is said under 'issue price or consideration':

"42,000,000 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares to be issued upon drawdown of equity line of credit facility at 17.3p (two week period 3/3-16/3)".

So we know the drawdown finished on the 16th March. Then, right after, we start rising again.

The way I understand it, yes you would be correct in saying the 42 million shares have already been sold/absorbed by the market.
