It is certainly a complex little mix going on here. BPT / ICN / ADE via two fully owned subsidiaries / Primary (or whatever they are called) as farmin also. Either way it will likely be all one and the same eventually if the shales are proven up. No doubt a couple of hissy fits over who owns what in the meantime !
