There is a pensioner in my block who planted some flowers on the nature strip in front of the building.
I am now in a quandary as I don't want to be arrested as an accessory to a crime for watching her do it.
Should I call the police and have her arrested for trespass? Maybe it would not be such a bad thing with falling pensions and rising rents, as she will probably get a better feed in a NSW prison.
But No. I dont think I can bring myself to turn her in. I would not be able to live with myself.
But the very fact I am posting this on a public forum is an admission of guilt on my part. Any police officer reading this is obliged to get my details from Hotcopper and come around and arrest me for complicity in a crime.
So what are you waiting for? Do it. Chalk up another one to keep those arrest numbers up!
