    Just finished reading the paperwork and I think I'm going to take the money and run. IMO it looks almost fair, a few more cents would be nice but I have no reason to doubt the assertion that if they couldn't sell the outstanding mortgage book now, they will have a significantly smaller chance of selling it in 2015.
