Even if they have drilled down dip (like Cazaly recently) they will still have an ore grade zone of mineralisation. And note that Cazaly have not dropped in share price a great deal despite their circumstance.

CSE are hit with the same questions as all discovers of new deposits/extensions meet. Every mining analyst and serious traders right now will be breaking out the prospectus and background info to the project geology to gain a view on the likely geometry of the mineralisation.

Part of the anlaysis will be what the original mined deposit looked like because an extension to the deposit will very likely look pretty similar.

The issue right now for most traders should be that the market cap of this stock is still pretty low so the downside risk is pretty low in my view.

This stock could keep running if the brokers analysts take a positive view and decide to dive in. And that will happen very quickly if it does.

The drill bit is the true determiner of what exists in the ground, so yes there are plenty of risks with this one. So it is not for the risk averse who want to know the answers before they exist....
