smithy, The rain has held the project up. August is preferred date for first pour now. Price may move at end of may/june as time comes closer. They need the ground to dry out.
All major equipment has arrived on site and admin building is being used there. Plenty cash in bank and all majors still holding.
Its all about patients now as management cant control the weather and being a conservative board are not going to rush in and make risk decisions at this stage.
The big boys wouldnt be here for as long as they have held if they didnt believe in the project and management .
