    how many of current shareholders would be in favour of a takeover? I realise that ELM has loads of potential and holding for a number of years would result in a multi-bagger however if someone offered you $6 would you grab it now or would you rather wait 3 yrs for a $10 share price?

    I've already been in for years so I'd be happy either way!
