I have been following this stock for two and half years. I have spoken to the company a couple times, recently in regards to this stock listing on the Nasdaq. Like all of the investors I believed they would list in Late December. When I spoke to the Company Secretary end of February about the Nasdaq he said to me that he still need to clarify some issues in regards the listing. I can tell you that they are looking list a $3.00 US. The US will get approximately the number difference in Australia. If the Australia price is 15cents than they get 20 shares for the price.
That is why I believe the company sell more shares when they get to about $24.00 to lower the share price to entice the US investors.
