Mozart,I am confident that this one has slipped by most people unnoticed.Also as I understand it talking to management recently gold may not be all they are sitting on.There is a possibility of VMS deposits in the area and a few other Burkina Faso juniors have had success with VMS deposits,BTR in particular.
Furthermore IMHO management whilst excellent in a technical sense aren't the type to beat their chests or shout from rooftops.Let's not forget either the huge area they have under lease south of Consolidated Minerals Woodie Woodie mine and Gina Reinhardt's Nicholas Downs manganese mine.How many holders or the general investing public for that matter realize that AQD holds ground to the east of MTH's Huckitta project or that AQD holds good prospective ground to the the south southwest of SPM at Hall's Creek or ground to the southwest of Tropicana.Even I was surprised by their breadth of holdings when I started to research them recently.After taking the time to speak to management and Graeme Drew the MD I was impressed with their manner and foresight.Spruikers they are not,serious geologists with a well thought plan and good ground they definitely are and I get the impression they would rather let the drillbit do the talking.
AQD have a very large exploration program underway both in Burkina Faso and about to start here in Australia as well.
i have recently taken a fairly large position in AQD and am happy to park some funds here for a while in a cashed up well run company.Seriously,how many other juniors do you know currently sitting on $20M cash.One thing holders do not have to concern themselves with is dilution and a cap raising.Do you realize that of the 13 juniors currently exploring in Burkina Faso only AMX and GRY have a better cash position.The joke is that AQD has the lowest EV of all ASX listed explorers in Burkina Faso and the 3rd best cash position.....go figure that one ! In conclusion let me say that IMHO this a company Mr Market has seriously misjudged and as people wake up their folly and mistake I expect a substantial rerating to occur.
Tomorrow I will be posting a map showing all ASX listed juniors in Burkina Faso and a spreadsheet to reveal some glaring discrepancies...let's see how AQD goes after people can see it in black and white.
