My understanding is that the shares come from the existing "pool" from Oz. No new shares are created (excluding conversion of PRRO). This means that is in no way a capital raising.
The ratio of 30 to 1 never changes.
You can XTOS (cross trade overseas) which is well beyond my skills but allows players to also get the best out of changing currency fluctuations.
Any way when PRR hit $1 here they should in all rights be $30 in the US or there abouts.
Time will tell how it actually plays out.
