    The Australian today indicating placement + rights issue:

    "Elsewhere, as Hastie Group and its advisers at Macquarie continue to nut out the details of a capital raising of more than $100m, the expectation is the raising would include a placement and an entitlement issue. The raising is required to pay down debt."
