Thanks to everyone so far for their responses.
Yes I fully understand a lot of the posts are due to peoples personal holdings that they are pushing but that is fine as there are usually one or two 'diamonds' that come out.
I will be researching most of the companies that have been part of peoples responses, keep them coming!
