A JV, or murmurings about one, are the only thing that will make this jump. Everything else is just one big delay-fest.

Why else is the market valuing this at half price compared to prior to the Concourt decision and 3 month suspension? Are we not in the same position as October last year? One BFS up the sleeve, another BFS promising substantially improved shareholder value on its way.

23 million shares traded since reinstatement. You would think everyone who wants out would be out by now. I would love to see the updated top 40 shareholder list when you next get one Macleod.
