I don't think it should be allowed cause the brokers have the potential to have 100+ small orders sitting at the same price all day and the only way to get ahead of the queue would therefore be to pay a premium. What was it, like 75,000 shares traded today? Hardly big dollars so why let them screw it up for everyone else.
