I think what you have written is exactly the investment case of RFE. IF IF IF it will be hugely successful. Take one of those if's away and bang there goes your investment up in smoke.

I would rather pay 80 cents and know that the mississippian lime play existed on their leases and were able to produce commercial amounts of oil.

At the moment the commercial play is nearly 150 miles away
