I fully understand NTA is negative $2.51, what I was trying to find was a reason in the circular for the SP to increase like it did.

Maybe there is no reason, like when the Chinese appearered to buy in, in late 09, SP increased 200-300% for no apparent reason.

IMO the only reason for the SP to increase is if you think there will be another outcome than the one in the circular, I cant see it, but maybe others can.
