With clearance rates at around the 50% mark, will the demand to sell a house at auction diminish? It seems that people are still persistent on pushing propert through auctions.
With the 50% that don't sell week after week, are they pulled from the market in hope of a change in the property sentiment to be put to auction weeks or months later? Or just straight to private sale at a discounted rate?
