Just pointing out Gekko had accepted design as part of the agreement of the 10 tph Modular Plant for Morning Star Gold, if not producing 10 tph, then IMO no leg to stand on in a court of law if the plant is not producing 10 tph.
I,m sure that MCO & Gekko are working together on the plant to ensure that the design by Gekko of the plant meets MCO's specifications.
Just as frustrated as most that it's taken some time in getting to production, getting close to, commissioning of the plant taking as long as building the plant.
