    1. The lawyers told him to get rid of the proxies because they were not vaild.. get it right. (he still won without them).

    2. Everyone knew the date of the EGM and they all could have gone.. (they had no interest or other 'ideas'). Or they were stuck in Sydney/Perth and couldn't be bothered travelling...
