re: wins minneapolis?--for ishmael europe isnt a cash cow and i think managemenet are correct to seek the growth market that is the US - i do have shares in this one and am quite satisified with their performance to date - no complaints at all - that is good - now shhhh i didint mention this dont want to jinx it.
The swtich to digital red light cameras and the back end systems are all more revenue in the bank
