The Morfik Acquisition doesn't seem to add any value.
"Altium acquired Morfik in a scrip transaction with Altium issuing 13.3 million fully paid ordinary shares (representing approximately 14.9% of outstanding shares) for 100% of Morfik?s outstanding shares."
For the issue of 14.9% stake in the company, there is now extra staff (extra cash burn) and no income stream - If you go to www.morfik.com, you will see that after the acquisition, Morfik 3 is now Free! - They are just giving it away.
