Phishpheet are you kidding me that because the three directors dont have shares we did not see share price appreciation since the grand resource upgrade?
as we now know after the EGM Tay controls up to 20% possibly more, he is the only one that is able to put a cap on this share price and therefor has been able to accumulate at these cheep prices. On the other hand the other directors are happy holding their options which gives them exposure to 1% of the company each.
The fact the XH is a major holder should give anyone that is looking confidence to buy.
Who's job was it to explore and who's job was it to promote?? is the million dollar question.
Reason for still posting about this topic is because we all know this EGM was only the begining. Apparently there is now another finger pointed at Tay, 6 Million Proxies without proper authentication. This is ontop of all the other allegations.
