Time will prove this would be the bargain of the year. In less than 2 months China will resume all the projects again, followed by India. The demand from these 2 countries decide the market price of uranium, not Japan or others. Japan's crisis is mainly attributed to human factors, and will only help other countries to perfect their designs and management.
