    STB manager Lorry Hughes is at the Mines and Money conference in Hong Kong.

    I have it from a good source that Lorry is ecstatic at the company's progress and the announcement which they are about to make.

    Therefore, I would very much doubt if the announcement was something which was simply mundane.
