Excellent LE and Shelcomm, MH is a clever man from my observations (including his WA investments and businesses). His briefs would have certainly known the LSE rules regarding the 3 months and the chess moves were brilliant. Notwithstanding he was not clever enough to predict a 9.0 earthquake disrupting a NPS but I do not think many were, bring on Nostradamus. The 'Art of War' was of course Chinese so not to be underestimated, but one of the best U resources in the world wil be on the Chinese governments radar. Wait for the DFS but a $4B takeover does not seem unreasonable? does it? as I have said for months I would be more then happy with Rio shares as an exchange - better for controlling the CGT.
