I could be wrong, and what you have suggested regarding missed deadlines is a definite factor, but I think the major thing now holding down the Nkwe share price is the unresolved legal situation regarding ownership of its assets. Until the market ( and the major potential JV partners ) believe that there will be no further significant challenges to Nkwe's farm rights, then there will be an on-going impediment to any JVs and resultant share price increases.
Primarily, we badly need this saga with potential Anglo / ARM litigation to be finally resolved ... A secondary issue is the clearing up of the situation regarding whether there will be any Beng challenes to the DMR decision, and the liklihood of them succeeding.
Hopefully, these matters can be sorted out very soon, for the sake of the many patient and long-suffering Nkwe shareholders. My belief is that they will be ... based on my reading of the many informative threads posted on this forum over recent months.
