Eagle why not answer the question put.
If the government is going to compensate most people using the money raised from the biggest emitters of CO2, how is that going to change anyone's behaviour thus reducing CO2, and how much is the world going to cool by if this new tax is brought in, or rather how much warming is going to be avoided?
