Thank you Wllmtrish for attempting to get a response from LYC on my behalf.

I would imagine there is a select group of informed, sensible contributors such as yourself, mreye2 chihawk, Taurisk, Arafurer, (you know who they are) who are already communicating with each other via common email.

If so, may I suggest that the group comes up with an initial list of questions you think should be put to the LYC board, say next week, on behalf of all concerned shareholders. If deemed appropriate you could post the development of the list daily on HC. The rest of us could post further items for your consideration and wordsmithing .

If your group has already started on the list, I would like to submit a couple more suggestions if there is room. Rejection will not offend, it happened once before when I was a bumbling engineer.

A How much different will the $20M be, if half or all the revenue from rare earths is allotted to Lynas shareholders?

(This is the elephant in the room. The reply would clarify whether Crown is considered a valuable rare earth prospect or not, and whether FRG think they could achieve a capital raising without the rare earth component.)
