    the $25m @$4 a pop is a sort of finder's fee; the chinese parties in negotiation will probably come in with off-take agreements and other financial arrangements that would give the initial party its 1st capital gains.

    just wait for the details; otherwise it's all conjecturebased on 'what if's.
