if its a related business its possible to meld the businesses together by agreement,without a t/o per se,sims metal do this very effectively ,i absolutely admire their managements strong focus on mutual benefit and the resulting cost savings and continued growth---i am not a holder,with good reason the destruction of nta through poor focus
