My take is that that plant is melting down and there is nothing they can do . The forward planning for safety of most nuclear plants of that age is disgusting and pathetic . A twelve year old recently asked me why they would put the emergency generators in a tsunami's wake .
We all know the answer to that don't we . Irresponsibility .
