is this the week?

Is this the week? or how long will it be?
Does anybody know how long it normally takes to write up these type of contracts? I understand there would me much involved with all the paper work that needs to be done.
But as the same as every other holder of meo, i guess i am just very eager to know weather its time to start looking for boats? (wishful thinking)
I enjoy reading all the positive and honest comments people make on this forum,
