You never know. One day Fortis may go down that line. Short term I dont think they will need to.

I feel they have plenty of funding options/proposals knocking down thier doors. As I have stated recently, funding will be the easiest part of the deal. Stay tuned.

I feel we are in for a consistant round of updates from here on until the last payment is due.

They will all have very positive affects on the SP as they come.

We are now close to the lowest the SP will ever get I feel. We may never see low $2 levels ever again.
