I would like to think that your ongoing discussions with Biota management (Peter Cook & Damien Lismore regarding the need for independent advice on how best to pursue development/marketing of their pipeline has finally borne fruit.

Piper Jaffray appear to be an excellent choice - it will give them clout at the bargaining table as well as "high quality"" advice on how to maximise Biota's position in the US & ROW.

This is a watershed moment - which I am sure has been faciltated by the lively discussions on Hot Copper.

Congratulations Peter Cook on a wise move.
